Returns

Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase for all unused and unopened products (excluding final sale items). To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required to process your return.

All returns must be pre-approved with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact our customer support at returns@doko.design to request an RMA. Upon approval, you will receive an email containing your RMA number and detailed return instructions.

Products returned without an RMA or without following the provided return instructions may experience delays. Shipping costs, insurance, duties, and taxes associated with warranty returns are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a shipping carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

A 10% restocking fee will be charged for non-warranty returns and cancellations.
