Warranty

 

Doko Design products are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. If your Doko Design product exhibits defects in material and/or workmanship within one year from the original purchase date, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the product, or offer a product of equal or greater value. We will also pay for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement product to you.

How to File a Warranty Claim:

All warranty returns must be pre-approved with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact our customer support at warranty@doko.design to request an RMA. Upon approval, you will receive an email containing your RMA number and detailed return instructions.

No warranty service will be provided without an RMA number.

Warranty Exclusions:

This limited warranty does not cover any damages due to: (a) transportation; (b) storage; (c) improper use; (d) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (e) modifications; (f) unauthorized repair; (g) normal wear and tear; or (h) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions, conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control. This warranty also does not cover products with a defaced or missing serial number.
