Warranty Policy:

Doko Design products are manufactured with quality and durability in mind and are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under the Doko Design Limited Warranty. If your Doko Design product exhibits defects in material and/or workmanship within one year from the original purchase date, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace the product, or offer a product of equal or greater value at no additional charge.

How to File a Warranty Claim:

All warranty returns must be pre-approved with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact our customer support at warranty@doko.design to request an RMA. Upon approval, you will receive an email containing your RMA number and detailed return instructions.

Products returned without an RMA or without following the provided return instructions may experience delays.

Warranty Exclusions:

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from improper use or care

• Cosmetic damage and normal wear and tear that does not affect functionality

• Damage caused by improper installation, storage, or repair

• Accidents, loss, and theft
